Percy Mason Meet 2011

Apologies for the delay in publishing the Percy Mason details on the website.  Unfortunately we’ve had a few technical and workload issues this year.  If you are from a club that has previously entered, hopefully your club will have already received these details via email.   However, if not, there is still time to enter.

Warriors will be holding their Percy Mason Level 3 Graded Meet on Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th of December. We’ve ordered better weather for this years gala. The gala is well attended by clubs throughout the region and beyond. For more information, please see the documents below:

Accepted entries for this Gala are now available.  Unfortunately the meet has been heavily over subscribed this year and rejections have been made in order to keep within the terms of our licence. Please accept my apologies for any disappointment caused.  Refunds for rejected entries (indicated by SCR on the attached list against the relevant race for each swimmer) will be made in accordance with the arrangements set out in the Promoter Conditions.

Please note that a list of all rejections and withdrawals has also now been included below.

The full results listings for the Percy Mason Memorial Gala can now be accessed via the link below. These have also been attached as a Hytek export file for clubs running Team Manager.
