Leaving Us

We are always sorry to see swimmers leave our club but if you wish leave the club please email leaving@swimwarriors.org.uk and your request will be received by Head Coach, Secretary, Membership and Site Manager so we can carry out the necessary Warriors actions.

If your swimmer is in a LiveWire squad you must remember to cancel your monthly direct debit for LiveWire squad training fees. To cancel please visit any LiveWire reception and complete a cancellation form. This direct debit is a financial contract between you and LiveWire and has nothing to do with Warriors. The club accepts no responsibility for any consequence resulting from any failure to follow the correct LiveWire cancellation procedure.

 

When a swimmer leaves the Warriors it is standard procedure that their Warriors Swim England Membership (Train or Compete) will be lapsed (cancelled) as well as any parent (Support) membership, as parents no longer have any need to be associated with the club once their children leave. If however you still want to help the club in an official capacity, for example; currently a committee member or  qualified/in-training official, please let us know.
